Client Profiles releases CRM4Legal 4.0

Release Date: 10/7/08

Client Profiles has announced and begun delivery of its new version 4.0 of CRM4Legal, the client relationship management software application based on the successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform installed at more than 17,000 businesses worldwide. CRM4Legal 4.0, released on the heels of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, incorporates many easy-to-use features. CRM4Legal runs entirely inside of Microsoft Outlook and has enjoyed tremendous success with lawyers, thus radically changing the way CRM functionality is received in law firms.

Along with the release of CRM4Legal 4.0 comes a new licensing and pricing model that provides more flexibility for law firms seeking to expand and improve their business development efforts with CRM technology.

"One of the challenges that we have experienced in the past involved pricing," said Whit McIsaac, President and CEO of Client Profiles. "After 8 months of collaboration on this issue, Microsoft and Client Profiles have delivered a pricing model that fits the law firm needs of today - low cost, easy-to-use licensing for attorneys and light users, and comprehensive licensing for power users. Pricing is now our advantage rather than an obstacle."

The latest version of the software features several major technological advances:

> New Audit and Roll-back Functionality
> More Powerful Relationship Intelligence
> Enhanced Duplicate Detection
> Field-level Security and the Ability to Protect Private Parts Data
> Auto-contribute Tools
> New Advanced International Capabilities
> Improved Integration Tools - Case and Financial Management
> New Workflow Technology Based on Windows Workflow Foundation

The numerous enhanced capabilities allow law firms to leverage the full value of their investments in Microsoft Outlook while deploying powerful firm-wide contact management, relationship intelligence and business development tools that reinvent the way law firms are adopting CRM technology.

"Our success in the CRM marketplace has reinvigorated CRM efforts at law practices that had nearly given up on this technology," said Michael White, Vice President of CRM Strategy for Client Profiles. "While that lack of success can be attributed to the products that originally defined this market, Client Profiles and Microsoft have collaborated tirelessly to deliver a product that definitively changes the game for legal CRM."
