Client Profiles Announces Accelerators for CRM4Legal 4.0

Release Date: 12/8/08

Atlanta, GA - December 8th, 2008 - Client Profiles (CP), the leading provider of Microsoft CRM for the legal profession, today announced the addition of CRM Accelerators, a series of free-of-charge, enhancements to critical functionality add-ons, to its recently released CRM4Legal version 4.0, its client relationship management software application based on the successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform installed at more than 17,000 businesses worldwide.

MS Dynamics CRM Accelerators are a range of free-of-charge developed for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 customers. Based on CP's vast experience in legal and understanding of law firm CRM requirements, several accelerators are being made available to the legal market, in turn broadening legal marketing, sales and service capabilities.

The CRM accelerators available for CRM4Legal 4.0 include:

> CRM Notifications Accelerator: Allows users to subscribe to the CRM "business events" that are significant to them, e.g. tasks, client news and changes to data. Notifications are delivered via RSS feed and can be received through Microsoft Outlook 2007 or the standard newsfeed Windows Vista gadget, among other methods. The CRM notifications accelerator further drives system and process efficiency for users by giving them visibility into the business events which are directly relevant to their role;

> eService Accelerator: Provides law firms the ability to deliver self-service capabilities (via a web portal) to their clients and prospective clients while tracking and managing these interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM4Legal. The accelerator can either be used within the law firm's own web portal or they can use the pre-built portal solution provided by Microsoft in the ASP.NET 2.0 Small Business Starter Kit. At its core, eService is comprised of a range of technologies that provide online support to reduce a portion of the costs associated to returned mail and data management;

> Event Management Accelerator: Gives law firms the ability to easily manage the planning, execution, tracking and reporting requirements for events. As a core component of the event management accelerator, law firms may deploy a web portal to allow web registration for their events and track these registrations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM4Legal;

> Enterprise Search Accelerator: Allows Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) customers to view and search for Microsoft Dynamics CRM data directly from their SharePoint portals. By combining these two technologies users from different areas of the law firms will be able to view and edit any Microsoft Dynamics CRM data such as companies, contacts, opportunities, and any custom entity data through SharePoint as well as launch a SharePoint search which can return documents, emails, web content and Microsoft Dynamics CRM data.

"Our ability to offer these accelerators as an all inclusive add-on demonstrates the power of our partnership with Microsoft and the MS Dynamics CRM technology," said Michael White, Vice President, CRM Strategy for Client Profiles. "Microsoft understands their customers' business requirements and we understand law firms, so together we are able to offer enhancements such as these accelerators that are not only useable, but also add value to firms' CRM capabilities."
