A new warning message will be presented to the user when performing a
move or copy operation on appointments that were created using the
Recurring Appointment feature. This warning will inform the user that
certain combinations of the Move/Copy options window do not actually
complete the operation as the user might have intended. This is due to
technical reasons in the design of the appointment storage mechanism.
When the user attempts to move an appointment that was created using the
Recurring Appointment feature and the option to "keep the existing"
appointment is selected, the following actions will actually occur.
If the user has the "keep existing" option selected (and change the
appointment status):
-- Only the selected appointment will be Copied or Moved to the new
desired date. The new warning message will describe this action to
the user and allow the user to continue or cancel.
However, if the user has the "delete original" option selected:
-- The entire series of recurring appointments will be Copied or Moved
Note: The Move/Copy feature is fully supported in Version 8.

When multiple users running enhanced imaging in Citrix causes images to
be overridden each other document. This happens due to c:\Temp folder
being shared by users. CP uses this folder to create temporary images (
1.jpg, 2.jpg... ) when user create or retrieve a document. For example
user A retrieves a document with 5 pages, CP creates ( 1.jpg, 2.jpg,
3.jpg, 4.jpg and 5.jpg ) in c:\Temp folder. Then he modified 2.jpg and
add a new page ( 6.jpg ). Now user B logs in and retrieves a document
with 2 pages, again CP creates ( 1.jpg and 2.jpg ). User B did not make
any changes. While user B is browsing this page ( 1.jpg ), user A click
on the Save icon to save changes and closes CP. User B then exit CP. The
next time when user A retrieves the same document, the second page (
2.jpg ) has been replaced by user B's page 2 ( 2.jpg ).
Assuming user A and B has modified their Windows TEMP and TMP
environment variable to point to c:\Temp.
This issue has been fixed to use Windows special folder such (
C:\Documents and Settings\{user}\Local Settings\Temp ) to avoid
concurrency issue.

Enhanced Imaging - The window remains Minimized when open up a new
window. This happen only when the window is opened from Case - Document
either for retrieve, import or new scan.
This issue has been fixed. This new window will be restored to normal
state.

no data except report heading.
This issue has been fixed. On the Preview window, now it shows the
correct statuses for Time and Billing: Pending, WIP, Prebilled, and
Billed. For Case and Management, it shows Pending, Released, Transfer,
and Exception.

Enhanced Imaging - Viewing unReview document sometimes gets an error
'Not Found'. When double clicking on a row to view the TIF/PDF in the
native OS file viewer, CP errors out 'Not Found', 'Document does not
exist. File Name: ....\'. However, if the Thumbnail browser was enabled,
those images are previewed. This error happens either the TIF/PDF was
never created succesfully during new scanned or this file was deleted
from the server.
This issue has been fixed. When it happens, CP will try to recover using
the scanned in images from it's individual file (JPG).
