A slight change in screen functionality has been made to allow this feature to work as designed. When reviewers are added to an IMAGE document, you now must be in the image viewing mode before reviewers can be added if email attachment of the document is desired. The checkbox will not be presented for the attachment if the reviews are added at the main document view.

Details: Word2007 and the rest of the Office 2007 applications have new file formats and extensions. This creates a problem for Word documents that are being saved in CP that are 2007 format. Until this build CP was considering all Word documents to be in .DOC format If you try to email one of these documents the extension that is put on the attachment is doc instead of docx. When the recipient tries to open the document it fails because was failing to recognized as a docx formatted file. This has been resolved by appending the .DOCX extension on those documents emailed as attachments. Note: For maximum compatiblity with existing wordprocessors, you should consider changing the default file format in Word 2007 back to DOC.

Details: A bug has been resolved that could cause documents to be deleted without the users knowledge. The issue occured only in this sequence of events. User selects multiple documents from the list and clicks on Delete. At the prompt the user selects Cancel. Then, the user selects a different group of documents to delete (not including some in the first selection group) and clicks Delete again. This time confirming the deletion of the second group. The result is documents from the first selection were also deleted. Note: The physical document file itself is never deleted and could be recovered from the History folder tree if the Matter and Document number are known.
