Client Profiles Launches DocuVis Imaging Subsidiary

ATLANTA, GA – October 1, 2007 – Client Profiles today announced the creation of DocuVis, a newly established CP subsidiary focused on providing imaging applications for document intense industries including legal, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, transportation, government and education.

DocuVis Management System unites document scanning, routing and management into one integrated, easy to use, and affordable bundle, enabling anyone dealing with a growing document volume cost-effective storage and management methods. With the three-tiered bundle of Scan Management (scanning and distribution), Document Management (DMS), and the ScanStation hardware, users will be able to:
• Increase employee productivity up to 30% based on reduced time filing and handling massive document volumes;
 Reclaim office space currently allocated to file storage systems and realize related cost savings, and utilize the created space for revenue production;
 Prevent lost/misplaced files, facilitate smooth workflow, and avoid potential legal ramifications;
 Provide disaster recovery planning based on document imaging strategy enabling easy, and secure, off-site backup.

The DocuVis organization will be lead by industry veteran Richard Natrillo, Vice President, DocuVis Systems.


DocuVis consists of three primary components:
Scan Management: With the Scan Management software solution module, users can scan their documents and route them to any number of destinations. Built with a user-friendly touch screen interface for ease and efficiency;
Document Management: Provides organizations the ability to store, protect, share and retrieve vital business information across the enterprise with the Document Management software module. This module gives users the tools to take command of documents and improve workflow;
ScanStation: A complete hardware solution with advanced touch screen capabilities, the DocuVis ScanStation serves as the office's central location for all document scanning and imaging needs.
