Strategic partnerships key to success for CRM4legal across Europe
Release Date: 7/31/08
Atlanta, GA and London, UK – Client Profiles today announced major success capitalizing on unprecedented demand across Europe for CRM4Legal. The company cites that a major factor of this year’s success is due to its strategic business development partnerships with Aspective and Timesoft, two strong players in the European legal technology market. CRM4legal is developed specifically for law firms on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology platform.
Within the last 12 months, CRM4Legal was selected by law firms in 12 cities and 3 countries, totaling over 5,000 seats, including 2,000 seats in Europe. These partnerships along with ongoing support from Microsoft Consulting Services have solidified CRM4Legal’s presence as a viable and increasingly competitive CRM solution for European law firms. Since January 2008, 9 law firms- six in the UK, two in the Netherlands, and one in Belgium have selected CRM4Legal as their CRM technology platform. Withy King and Ashfords, both based in the UK, are among the law firms that have selected CRM4Legal.
Sales, implementation consulting and support services in the UK are being led by Aspective, a Vodafone Company and Microsoft’s Global CRM Partner of the Year. Timesoft, a Holland-based supplier of systems and services for law firms, signed on in September 2007 to represent CRM4Legal in the Netherlands. Timesoft has secured three additional CRM4Legal projects with notable Dutch firms
By partnering with these companies; Client Profiles has developed a core group of partners in the UK and Europe that enables a major opportunity for growth in the legal CRM marketplace.
Aspective is partnering with CRM4Legal to deliver CRM technology to law firms that are based in the UK. It has completed over 100 Microsoft CRM projects, including some of the largest in the UK and Europe.
Dean Carroll, VP, Aspective said: “We are very keen on working with Client Profiles’ CRM4Legal and leading their UK legal market efforts. Aspective has made considerable investment in the UK legal market, and after a few short months, we have already combined our technology and services expertise to sign up two significant law practices.”
“Our CRM4Legal initiative in Europe has been met with unprecedented demand, so having a network of reliable and highly experienced reseller, implementation and consulting business partners has been key to our success in the region,” said Whit McIsaac, president and CEO of Client Profiles. “Our European partners like Aspective not only consult with our law firm clients, but are literally on the ground at the firm, and comprise an integral part of the overall CRM technology and service solution we provide. The fact that these organisations, like Client Profiles, have invested so heavily in Microsoft technology makes these partnerships a great fit for us and a big win for the UK legal market.”
