Client Profiles Announces CP University Training Program

Client Profiles announces the launch of the CP University Law Technology Leadership program, a series of training seminars and webinars geared towards providing learning opportunities for users across its full suite of practice management applications. The program will provide clients with the choice of attending either on-site 2-day seminars at the company's Atlanta headquarters or on-line sessions via the Web.
"CP University was created as a direct response to our clients' requests for greater learning opportunities for members of their law firm staffs", said Jose Fernandez, Chief Operating Officer at Client Profiles. "Our goal is to increase the level of knowledge of our users in an effort to afford our client firms a competitive edge when it comes to technology for the practice of law. Understanding the many challenges law firms face in today's business environment, Client Profiles is committed to focusing on assisting our client base in any way possible. CP University is an extension of that commitment and an important initiative for our company as we move forward through 2009."
Training topics cover a variety of issues surrounding case, document, financial and client relationship management for law firms from the perspective of a Client Profiles user. Session topics include:

- Financial Management Reporting

- Outlook User Integration and Experience
