Microsoft Dynamics President's Club and Inner Circle: Client Profiles was named to the 2008 Microsoft Dynamics President’s Club and inducted into the Inner Circle, receiving recognition from Microsoft Corp. for its dedicated commitment to the legal technology vertical market. This honor reflects Client Profiles’ success in achieving outstanding results with its CRM4Legal product. MS Gold Certified Partner: Client Profiles attained Gold Certified status in the Microsoft Partner Program by completing competencies in three categories including Independent Software Vendor (ISV)/Software Solutions, Network Infrastructure, and Messaging, the latter of which signifies Client Profiles’ focus on fully integrating its case management applications with a host of Microsoft products including Outlook/Exchange, OneNote, InfoPath, MS Office, CRM, SQL and Small Business Server. As a Gold Certified partner, Client Profiles has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and proven the ability to meet customers’ needs.
Microsoft Quantum Leap Pilot Program: Since July 2004, Client Profiles has been participating in Microsoft’s Quantum Leap initiative, a pilot program aimed at exploring means of increasing partner service delivery through the established MS VAR channel. As one of 8 participating partners worldwide, and the only legal technology provider, Client Profiles has vastly streamlined its delivery of client services and as a result has achieved substantial market and revenue growth in the legal space.
Microsoft Certified Mobility Partner: As a result of joint Pocket PC application development efforts between the two companies, Client Profiles is positioned to deliver the first pocket pc-based case management interface. The current beta program will be made available to law firms in the future.
MS/Client Profiles Expand Your Outlook Tour: Since 2005, Microsoft and Client Profiles have co-sponsored a law office technology briefing, showcasing new technology tools for law firms. The Expand Your Oulook Tour, consisting of 2 sessions designed for managing partners, office managers, legal administrators, attorneys, paralegals, IT managers, marketing managers & accounting staff, has reached hundreds of law firms ranging from Am Law 100 firms to smaller firms.
